4 of family en route to Eid celebration killed in car-tractor collision in Muzaffarnagar

Agra: Four members of a family, including two children, were killed, while two others sustained injuries after their car collided with the rear of a tractor-trolley on Barla-Baseda Road in Muzaffarnagar district on Tuesday night.
Khushnuma (35), Sania (15), Taiba (3) and Mirha (2) died on the spot, while Junaid (36) and Farmaan (33), all residents of Meerut district, were admitted to the district hospital in Muzaffarnagar, where their condition is said to be stable.
The accident occurred when Junaid, who works at a private firm, was travelling from Kamalpur in Meerut to Deoband in Saharanpur with his family to visit relatives for late Eid celebrations.
SHO Chhapar Vikas Yadav said, "The bodies were sent for autopsy and burial took place at 5 pm on Wednesday. The tractor-trolley driver fled the scene, but an investigation has been launched to trace him. No complaint has been lodged by the family so far regarding the incident."
