Actor and Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh Pawan Kalyan's eight-year-old son, Mark Shankar, suffered serious injuries in a fire accident at his school in Singapore. The incident occurred when a sudden blaze broke out during school hours, causing injuries to Mark's hands and legs. His son has also experienced respiratory complications due to smoke inhalation and is currently undergoing treatment at a local hospital.
As per the 123Telugu report, the news reached Pawan Kalyan while he was on an official tour of the Alluri Sitarama Raju district, where he was engaging with tribal communities and reviewing development programs. The report also suggests that Pawan Kalyan will address his commitment to the tribal people of Kuridi village near Araku before heading to Singapore.
After completing his scheduled engagements, he will travel to Visakhapatnam, from where he will fly to Singapore to be with his son. Mark Shankar's condition is reported to be stable, with doctors closely monitoring his recovery and ensuring the best possible care.
Pawan Kalyan shares two children, Mark Shankar and Polena Anjana Pawanova, with his third wife, Russian actress Anna Lezhneva. The couple married in 2013 after meeting on the sets of Teen Maar.
