In the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 18, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn, along with director Rohit Shetty, joined host Salman Khan to promote their upcoming film Singham Again. During their conversation, Salman noticed Ajay wearing glasses and inquired, “Aankh pe jo chot lagi thi yehi pe lagi thi?” referring to a past injury Ajay had sustained.

Ajay confirmed, explaining that during a shoot, a mistimed action sequence had led to a serious eye injury. “I had to undergo a small surgery and wasn’t able to see for 2-3 months,” he revealed, shedding light on the risks of performing action sequences. Salman added, “Action karoge toh ye sab hota rehta hai,” acknowledging the occupational hazards actors face in action-packed roles. Ajay shared that technological advancements have made shooting such sequences safer and easier compared to earlier days, reflecting on his decades-long career in Bollywood.

The episode also included nostalgic moments, with Salman recalling his experiences working with the fathers of Ajay and Rohit. Contestant Shilpa Shirodkar shared her connection with Ajay, reminiscing about a film, which was titled Singer, they had shot together that never saw a release.
