I always look forward to receiving my monthly beauty box I have the option to cancel but when I get the email detailing the contents I always want to receive it.
With a couplin for 2 free copies of OK magazine it really is great value

Full size sampling never felt better. With every box there are lovely surprises and amazing products. And I can pamper myself without breaking the bank. Absolutely fabulous!

Great communication via email on every box . Brilliant products this month many thanks . 😁👍. Mudmasky body glow exfoliating bodyscrub is brilliant. Mascara is also fantastic along with vegan cleanser . Bargain box !

Decent value but the value is contingent on full size products from a handful of lesser-known indy and natural brands (Flanerie, BalanceMe, HelloSkin, Wild Sciences, Gruüm & VeGan) which reappear over and over again.

Note: those full size products are often eye creams.

In just 9 months I've had 3 (!!) full size eye creams/serums. 2 were from Flanerie. Also 1 additional travel size eye cream/serum. And 2 collagen eye masks.

That's 6 eye products out of the 46 total products I've had so far. In less than a year?

Also the brands keep repeating. I've counted 33 unique brands out of the 46 products.13 products were repeat brands. If you like the brands I named above, about 20% of the entire range will probably be made up of them by the time you've subscribed for a year.

It's good if you love the magazine or are REALLY into eye creams, but if you want to sample cult or premium brands it isn't worth it. Other boxes give a better choice of products and brands for the same price or less.

Also there isn't an option to reschedule the delivery of the box which can be irritating if you're at work during the week.

Very good products for a silly price. Especially loved coconut cream cleanser by Happy Skin. Extremely luxurious and nourishing. Smells lovely. Would recommend for dry menopausal skin. It costs almost £30 for 125ml. Never thought that I could justify paying so much for a cleanser, but who knows.

I needed a new mascara so I was looking through the beauty products and thought why not do a subscription and I love all the goddess I received!!
Brought a OK! Beauty Box and my 1st box was plus a mystery box and a free gift all for £20(for first time customer) needed something to cheer me up as work was getting me low and my friend also does a beauty box (not from here) but mine is so much better £15 a month for some gorgeous goodies well over £120 from both boxes and full size items and who doesn't love to receive a box full of beauty products each month and it's great that you can opt in and out as you like plus a free mag that's worth the 1st customer price of £8.
This has made me smile and made my month and I've used them all. Roll on next month

Signed up to OK beauty box last month (August 2024) after researching the numerous alternatives out there. I opted for this one due to the price but also the quality of items received in it. I was not disappointed with my first box which also came with a mystery eye cream worth over £30. I love surprises so I’m hoping each month it does not disappoint with samey items..

It's a great way to test new products without the price tag
Out of all the subscriptions I've used so far, this is the best one so far

I purchased a selection of Rodial products which was in addition to my monthly subscription. I found the set to be great value. A good way to try quality products that I wouldn’t have otherwise been aware of. I would recommend.

Bought myself a beauty box, I have tried others and wanted to compare. There was a good selection of products to try and I have no hesitation in recommending beauty box to anyone.

The boxes themselves are lovely. However, the customer service is abysmal. I ordered a box with next day delivery that was never dispatched. I chased it up and they said it was "lost in transit" and they would send a replacement. Upon receiving the original box a couple of days later, I contacted them and got told I could keep the second box as a goodwill gesture as I had to contact them more than once regarding the situation and I was missing an item. A few days go by and I learn that they cancelled the goodwill gesture because they "won'tgive me a box for free". I had to remind them again about the missing item, was told it was dispatched and on the way. Again, another lie as I had to chase it up again 10 days later to be told they would send one out. Ridiculous.

Really enjoy getting these boxes... even though I look at previews!
This month I particular love the Vegan Coconut Cream Cleanser. It smells delightful and is so gentle on face. I've also been using the Juice Boost serum, which also smells gorgeous. Haven't used mascara or other products yet.

Products are always fab and it's a great value box of beauty treats. Thank you 😍

Your boxes are fab! Ive never had so many lovely products, they are great to take on holiday, I cannot wait to getvthe next box, I like to be surprised as to what is in them so never look at the blogs to tell me what im getting! The best lip oil, oxygen glow face cream, which is amazing! The perfect "me time" treat!

My box was damaged and there was no seal. Two items were missing.
One has been replaced and the other refunded. I am happy with the response and the outcome for this.

This isn’t the first time I have had issues with the sealing of the box. The seal doesn’t stick well and is sometimes not covering where it should be. Having said that this is the only time items have been missing.
