In most cases that have come forward on social media, a heated argument between people either lead to them finally sorting it out, or them falling into legal trouble- however, THIS particular altercation reportedly at a Shenzhen to Shanghai flight, ended up with something that no one saw coming; a flight attendant getting bitten! The incident unfolded at a Shanghai Airlines flight on April 01, just before the flight was about to take off, as per the South China Morning Post. As per reports, a fight broke out between two women passengers, where one had an issue with another’s ‘body odour’, while the other was getting irritated by the perfume of the former. As the fight began to get more and more violent, four flight attendants got involved, with the aim of breaking it off. However, in the middle of the entire chaos, something entirely unexpected ended up happening!
According to reports, one of the women flight attendants, while trying to hold the fighting duo back, got bitten by the passenger. A video of the same was shared on social media, which went viral in an instant. “Open your mouth. You have bitten me!” the attendant was heard saying reportedly in the clip.
As per reports, the duo was later taken away by the police, while the attacked attendant was rushed to the hospital, where she was treated for a ‘minor injury’. The flight, on the other hand, was delayed by two hours, as all the passengers were asked to deboard and board again.
Addressing the questionable matter, Shenzhen Airlines also issued a statement. In the statement, the airline requested its passengers to act in a ‘civilised’ manner. “Shenzhen Airlines does its best to safeguard the legal rights of both passengers and its employees. We call on passengers to obey the rules and take your trips in a civilised manner,” the statement reportedly read. The matter is currently under investigation.
The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘shanghaidaily’. The post was shared two days ago and pulled more than 1K views from people.
